Whilst there's no doubt it's a privileged position to travel so regularly, it's not all whiskers on kittens! As glamorous as it sounds, the logistics surrounding a full upheaval to another country are complex. Alison discusses each move with detail and wit. She has a great sense of humour, and it comes across well on paper. The bits I enjoyed the most were the stories about the people she met along the way.
